You Are Not Alone

In almost every aspect of life, literally, it’s so easy to feel like…you are alone.

And that none has ever crossed the same paths and trails as your self. But it’s not true.

And you are not alone. Ever.

When we, sadly and mistakingly, lose ourselves, in a mountain of social media angsts and alienations, it’s easy to feel like…you are alone.

But you are not alone. Never.

When you wake up in the morning, and look at yourself in the mirror, pimples, wrinkles, warts, and all…aloneness comes calling, often in a loud and obnoxious voice.

But you are not alone.

We are each a big, bold, wonderful, unique beautiful mess.

And we are surely not alone.

Do you ever feel like you are alone in this world? Like no one understands what you are going through or cares about how you feel? Like you have no one to talk to or share your joys and sorrows with?

If you do, you are not alone.

You live in the company and companionship of perfect strangers.
We are not alone.

Loneliness is a common and universal human experience that affects millions of people around the world. It can be caused by many factors, such as social isolation, lack of meaningful relationships, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, etc. It can also have negative impacts on your physical and mental health, such as increasing your risk of heart disease, diabetes, dementia, suicide, etc.

However, loneliness is not a permanent or hopeless condition. You can overcome it and find ways to connect with others who care about you and support you. You can also learn to love yourself and appreciate your own company.
You may feel alone at times, but you are not alone.

You are part of a big, beautiful, diverse human family.

You have something unique and valuable to offer to the world.

You have people who love you and support you.

You have yourself who honors you , celebrates you , loves you.

You are not alone.

And neither am I.

We are in this together, fighting the good fight of existence, looking for our very own fullness of time.

We are not perfect , and we are not alone.

Every minute of life on this earth is a gift to enjoy , one breath and step at at time.

We are not alone.

You are not alone.
